If Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Aleksandar Stijović is dissatisfied with the parliamentary majority that elected him, then he should resign, SDP leader Raško Konjević has said in Parliament today. He has added that due to the relationship between the parliamentary majority and the Government, citizens and institutions suffer the most, and that Montenegro is the only country that has not had a budget for almost 6 months.
