Krivokapić prioritizes PzP staff in an attempt to weaken Medojević’s impact

When it comes to the delegation of staff in key posts in state administration, staff of the Movement for Changes, PzP, will be prioritized, as in this way, Prime Minister, Mr Zdravko Krivokapić, will significantly undermine the authority of their leader, Mr Nebojša Medojević, who’s been the severest critic of the new government, Pobjeda daily has learnt.

Several sources of Pobjeda, close to the Democratic Front, DF, say that Mr Medojević is not involved in the staff policy of the PzP in the executive power and state administration, as Ms Branka Bošnjak, the party’s vice-president, takes care of it.

“Mr Medojević told he didn’t want to take part in the selection of PzP staff for key posts in state administration, as he doesn’t want to take part in staff policy of Mr Krivokapić’s government at all. He doesn’t want to be part of the story about the government’s reconstruction that will certainly follow the Nikšić local elections,” a Pobjeda’s source from the DF noted.

The outcomes of the agreement on staff delegation in key posts in state administration will be known after we see what happens with the Law on Civil Servants and State Employees, adopted in the Parliament on 29 December, but later on returned for re-examination following the decision of the President of Montenegro.

According to unofficial but reliable information of Pobjeda, the PzP officials will be appointed as heads of the National Police, the Airports of Montenegro and the Customs Administration.
