Socialist Democratic Party has started the initiative aimed at dismissing the president of the municipality of Kotor, Vladimir Jokić. In case it happens, Tena Božović might come to this function. The meeting of the Municipal Board SDP Kotor is scheduled for tonight and the main subject will be the current events in the local SDP and the further steps.
Allegedly, the leader of SDP, Ranko Krivokapić, wants Božović to take over this function. Only Vlado Potpara, chief of the local New Serbian democracy, and maybe Civil Movement URA agree with him.
The initiative for the dismissal of Vladimir Jokić was signed by 18 councilors, out of 33. The initiative was launched last week by Kotor SDP.
SDP has said several times that highhandedness in the adoption of vital decisions had to be stopped. It only does damage to the citizens and leads the town into lawlessness.
Bruna Lončarević, chief of of the SDP Councilor Club in the Municipality of Kotor spoke yesterday and said that the mayor who adopts dozens of decisions past the law and the councilors who had elected him/her, had no moral right to be at the head of he municipality.
