Rajko Kuljaca, former Budva mayor, is the investor of a tourist villa in Budva. He is currently serving a prison sentence at the Institute for the Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions (ZIKS).
On 8 December last year, the request for granting approval was submitted by his wife, Jadranka Kuljaca, on behalf of the investor.
This tourist facility is located within a tourist settlement, the urban plot number K73 in the Kuljace Vojnici site. The total area of this urban plot is 899.45 square meters. The total gross area of the building is 465.04 square meters, while the net area of the building is 387.24 square meters.
At the end of 2016, Kuljaca was sentenced to two and a half years in prison. He and former head of the Investment Secretariat the Municipality of Budva Dragan Marovic have been convicted over abuse of office during the construction of a water factory, which cost the municipal budget €821,599. Kuljaca began serving the prison sentence at the end of May last year.
