Kuljaca builds a villa in Budva

Rajko Kuljaca, former Budva mayor, is the investor of a tourist villa in Budva. He is currently serving a prison sentence at the Institute for the Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions (ZIKS).

On 8 December last year, the request for granting approval was submitted by his wife, Jadranka Kuljaca, on behalf of the investor.

This tourist facility is located within a tourist settlement, the urban plot number K73 in the Kuljace Vojnici site. The total area of ​​this urban plot is 899.45 square meters. The total gross area of ​​the building is 465.04 square meters, while the net area of the building is 387.24 square meters.

At the end of 2016, Kuljaca was sentenced to two and a half years in prison. He and former head of the Investment Secretariat the Municipality of Budva Dragan Marovic have been convicted over abuse of office during the construction of a water factory, which cost the municipal budget €821,599. Kuljaca began serving the prison sentence at the end of May last year.
