Legalization of illegally constructed facilities in Savnik up to €3 per square metre

Owners of illegally constructed facilities and those who intend to construct will have to pay a utility infrastructure fee ranging from €2 to €3 per square metre.
This has been envisaged by the draft decision, which is the subject of public hearing lasting by the end of the month.

As the secretary to the local self-government Dusan Radanovic told to Pobjeda, they have opted for such low prices in order to encourage people to construct and to attract the potential investors.

“According to the decision on legalizing illegally constructed buildings, legalization fee for a single square metre of home in the center of the town will cost €3 whereas in the second ring of the town it will cost €2. Owners of buildings in rural areas (third ring) won’t have to pay a utility infrastructure fee,” Radanovic explained.
