Airports of Montenegro must pay approximately 4 million EUR in the government budget on the account of profit generated last year as well as on the basis of profit corrections made in 2014. Company “Luštica Development” will pay additional leasehold from 2015 to 2018 with 4 million EUR of shares, report the documents of the Government.
The Government has adopted the decision on defining the proposal on the allocation of profit of the Airports of Montenegro, as well as decision on the profit corrections made in 2014. “Deloitte” was chosen to be the independent audit of financial reports of the company.
The document about the allocation of profit from last year, with total of 4,01 million EUR, notes that around 70 %, or 2,8 million EUR must be paid to the budget of the state.
The Government has also given consent on the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Airports which initiates lease of the space for free customs sale at Airports Podgorica and Tivat.
The Information about paying fixed additional annual leasehold, in accordance with the lease agreement and construction referring to “Luštica” Development has also been adopted.
