Prime Minister of Dusko Markovic, in company of Minister of Tourism and Sustainable Development Pavle Radulovic and Minister of Traffic and Maritime Affairs Osman Nurkovic, arrived at the construction site of tourist complex Lustica Bay.
“This is the biggest tourist project in Montenegro. We need an administration that will attract investors”, Markovic said.
The Government reminded that the complex is being built on free space of peninsula Lustica that has no communal, traffic or any other infrastructure, which makes this project the only greenfield investment in Montenegro, and the biggest one of its kind in this part of Europe.
The investment program surpasses the amount of 1.1 billion EUR, and it entails 8 hotels (3,310 rooms with 5 stars), 1,250 residential units (villas and apartments), Thalasso center, two marinas, golf course, conference center, and shops, restaurants, elementary school and health institutions.
