Ministry of Sustainable Development rejected the request submitted by the company from Kolašin, “Veridi Progressum”, which referred to granting construction permit for the construction of a small hydro power plant in Paljevinska rijeka. The main reason for the rejection is that this company didn’t obtain approval from water supply network regarding technical documentation.
The Ministry reports that the investor didn’t respect their provisions from technical instructions.
The status of the privileged producer has been given to twelve small hydro power plants and a wind farm in Krnovo which generated 77.464 megawatts of electricity in the first quarter of this year.
Another four small hydro power plants are planned to be set up this year.
