Montenegro is becoming increasingly popular among Polish tourists, according to official data from the national statistics office MONSTAT. Last season, Polish visitors recorded over 435,000 overnight stays, placing them among the most numerous foreign guests in the country.

Montenegro currently has strong air connectivity with Poland, including year-round flights between Podgorica and Warsaw operated by LOT Polish Airlines, which also flies between Warsaw and Tivat. During the summer, airlines such as Ryanair, Smartwings, ToMontenegro, Wizz Air, and SkyUp operate flights from several Polish cities, including Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Warsaw, and Wroclaw.

Amid a decline in tourism from Israel due to the Middle East crisis, the Polish market is gaining even greater importance.

This growing interest is further underscored by the official visit of Polish President Andrzej Duda to Montenegro, at the invitation of President Jakov Milatovic. The Polish delegation is accompanied by over ten media outlets, including national broadcasters and leading newspapers, offering a significant promotional boost for Montenegro’s tourism sector in Poland.
