Montenegro is expected to access the European Commission Justice Program in fall, said the Minister of Justice and Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Montenegro, Zoran Pažin.
As he said, all the judicial institutions in Montenegro are acting as observers in the relevant judicial networks.
“The Law on the judicial cooperation with the EU Member States is in the final phase”, said Pažin.
