Special Prosecutor’s Office has expressed its opinion regarding the responsibilities of the company “Adriatic Marinas” for paying utilities. The Prosecutor’s Office determined that there were no any irregularities which would imply the existence of the criminal offence.
The Special Prosecutor’s Office has opened the case which refers to the responsibilities of residential and business facilities built within the tourism complex Porto Montenegro for paying utilities.
The Municipality of Tivat has submitted all the necessary documentation, at the request of the Special Prosecutor’s Office, and then, in accordance with the right to the free access to information, the Municipality submitted a request to the Special Prosecutor’s Office, in order to get insight into the outcome of the case.
According to the analysis, in this case there hasn’t been any irregularities which would imply the existence of the criminal offence.
