The elections in Nikšić ended on 14 March, but the town still hasn’t got its mayor. CdM sources say that the government in Nikšić will most likely be formed according to the Budva scenario – the mayor will be from the ranks of For the Future of Niksic (won 11 seats in the elections) and Peace is Our Nation (10 seats), Messrs. Marko Kovačević and Momo Koprivica, 2 years each. The first constitutive session of the new convocation of the Nikšić parliament is scheduled for 7 May.
Although they have tried to deny it so far, it is clear that these 2 coalitions in Nikšić can hardly reach the mayor position by compromise, so the only solution remains for Messrs. Kovačević and Koprivica in Nikšić to act like Budva’s Messrs. Marko Bato Carević and Dragan Krapović.
