Officials of the Department of Safety of Tivat have identified a person who used an official car Nissan Qashqai to overtake on a full line.
The cameras recorded the car on a road to Podgorica – Cetinje.
The person who drove the car will have to pay a fine, the Ministry of Interior Affairs said.
