The work of each head of the state administration body, the officials of which sued the state, will be analysed. On the basis of the analysis, appropriate measures will be taken, justice minister Zoran Pazin announced.
“Accountability is also crucial for officials who are obliged to respect the official ethics and heads of the public bodies who should be a role model for ethical and legal responsibility,” said Pazin.
According to him, the crucial responsibility is on public officials who did not do their job well and the officials who tried to misuse the trial process earn certain funds.
