The police are checking the origin of property belonging to organised crime groups, for which they have reasonable suspicions it was acquired illegally. According to Pobjeda’s findings, movable and immovable assets belonging to the members of the Skaljari, Kavac, Bar and Budva criminal clans is under scrutiny.
Investigators are checking multiple facilities and establishments, such as several apartments in the Pentagon building in Kotor, beach bars and beaches around the Bay of Kotor taken under lease. Also under scrutiny are the assets that the members of criminal clans possess abroad.
