Civic petition- Justice for Pavle requiring amendments to the Criminal Code, i.e. reintroduction of the capital punishment for serious offences against children will be submitted to Montenegrin Parliament and its caucuses on Monday.
As stated by the group of citizens who launched the petition, it has been signed by more than 6,500 citizens so far. At 6,000 signatures the petition may be considered for a debate in Parliament.
A petition, Justice for a 15-month-old Pavle, who died as a victim of domestic violence, was launched on the website www.peticije24.com.
