Plantaze yesterday published an announcement for selling 7 plots in Podgorica’s neighbourhood Tološi, of the total surface area 35,000m2. Their plan is to earn over €1 million from selling these plots.
Six plots of the surface area 27.200 square meters will be sold for EUR 1.16 million at least (€42.5/sqm), while a plot of 9.900 square meters will be sold for at least €23,800.
“We decided to sell parts of our plot which the company doesn’t use for business purposes. These plots haven’t been used for production processes and they impose burden on our overall operations, but when we valorize them, the investment and other business functions of the company are going to flourish. All these parcels are totally owned by Plantaze and the published announcement is in compliance with prescribed requirements,” this company told Dan daily.
Fidelity Consulting, a consultative company based in Podgorica, reflected on this decision of Plantaže and according to them, this has been an expected gesture, having in mind the unstable financial situation the company has been facing over the past few years.
