Police: It is not yet known who drove Govt car; Kandić had 1.2‰ of alcohol in his blood

Government official Nikola Kandić had 1.2‰ of alcohol in his blood at the time of the traffic accident in which the Government vehicle he borrowed was involved. The Police Directorate has stated this due to the media speculation about the traffic accident that happened on 2 May. The police have stressed that the police acted professionally, in accordance with the law and the instructions of the prosecutor, and that the driver could not be arrested under the road safety law because it was not determined who was driving the Government vehicle at the time of the accident, while Mr Kandić was in that car at the time.
