Porto Montenegro free of debt in accordance with law

Special State Prosecutor’s Office announced that there are no any grounds for the instigation of any criminal proceedings in relation  to writing off 5,6 million EUR of debt to the company Adriatic Marinas which manages tourism complex Porto Montenegro.

“There are no grounds for instigating proceedings in this case against anybody, for any offence which the proceedings must be initiated for ex officio, because, after the analysis of collected notifications, data and documentation during the inquest, it has been concluded that in this case there haven’t been any irregularities which would indicate that a criminal offence had been committed”, reports Special State Prosecutor’s Office.

Special Prosecutor’s Office formed a case referring to the obligations of paying public utilities services for residential and business facilities which were built in the complex of the nautical and tourism center Porto Montenegro or are under construction.
