“The negative financial result shown by the Montenegrin Power Distribution System (CEDIS) at the end of last year is not the result of electricity prices to cover losses set by the Energy Regulatory Agency (RAE), but that company’s business decisions”, says RAE board chair Branislav Prelevic.
He states that the public has been overwhelmed by various statements in recent months that obscure the real background, and that the thesis that RAE set electricity prices to cover losses, which is why CEDIS is in the red, is trying to be imposed.
