At the invitation of the humanitarian association “Euro Gusinje”, from New York, Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, Kemal Purišić, visited diaspora from Montenegro, mostly from Plav and Gusinje which organized “Diaspora night” for the seventh time in a row.
He congratulated the jubilee to the association and used that opportunity to present Government’s projects referring to the improvement of life conditions in the north of Montenegro, with special emphasis on Plav and Gusinje.
He pointed out the importance of the capital project, construction of the motorway, and thanked the members of the association on the huge contribution they make to social care and human work.
“The help you provided through humanitarian actions, such as satisfying basic social needs, construction of family homes, providing help for treatments, is to be honored and it makes our relationship even stronger”, said Purišić.
The Minister invited our citizens and emigrants to invest in their homeland through different business projects, thus creating new jobs and reinforcing economic activities.
“I expect that mutual stable cooperation will be continued in the future”, concluded Purišić.
