Her Majesty Elizabeth II sent congratulatory message to Milo Đukanović on being sworn in as President of Montenegro.
The Queen’s message reads:
“I send you and the people of Montenegro my best wishes for the future. My Government and I look forward to continuing excellent relations between our two countries.”
