There are currently 33,000 tourists in Budva, which is 10,000 more than in the previous week. Hotels and beaches are full, private accommodation is a little more than half full, but as guests are financially drained by the crisis, revenues are lower and not commensurate with the visit. The number of guests in relation to 2019 is at the level of 70%, and somewhere around 40%.The guests are mostly from the region, and also from Ukraine and Kazakhstan, while there is a small number of them from Europe, Pobjeda has learnt.

According to the director of the Budva Tourist Organization Maja Lijesevic, about 19,000 tourists are accommodated in private units, while there are slightly more than 13,000 in hotels.

Co-owner of the Montenegro Stars hotel group Zarko Radulovic says that the hotels of this group have been full since the beginning of the summer season, but that the number of guests can’t be compared to the income.
