Radulović sees record-breaking increase in visitors

In case we don’t face some extraordinary circumstances in Montenegro, we expect to earn 10-15% more money from tourism than in the previous year, said co-owner of the Montenegro Stars Hotel Group and president of the Montenegrin Tourism Association, Žarko Radulović, adding that Montenegro is braced for record number of tourists in 2018.

“This year has already been a record year as we generated a lot of money for the New Year’s Eve and in months which followed. Travelers have been arriving in ever increasing numbers and I’m afraid we won’t have free rooms to accommodate them during the peak summer season,” underlined Radulović.

“Even if we have 30 Splendid-like hotels and several more 4-star hotels, all the rooms would be booked. A great deal of rooms are booked for the next season already,” Radulović repeatedly bragged.

This year Montenegro attracts Scandinavians, tourists from the Baltic, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany and we’re encouraged by the announced tourist boom, as more people means more money, said Radulović.
