Real estate rental prices in capitals of region

Despite the increase in prices, the demand for real estate in the region is constantly growing, and the rise in the price of newly constructed buildings is enormously affected by the increase in the price of construction materials in particular. Al Jazeera Balkans compared the prices per square meter of the apartment, but also the monthly rental prices in the capitals of the region.

According to the Numbeo global database, it can be concluded that renting a two-bedroom apartment in the city center is on average the most expensive in Ljubljana (€651), and the cheapest in Skopje (€264).

The residents of Zagreb will spend an average of €498 for a two-room apartment in the city center, and €374 outside the center.

In the center of Belgrade, €456 per month are set aside for the same apartment, and €374 for an apartment that is not in the city center.

Users of the Numbeo website from Podgorica say that they are allocating €339 for renting a two-bedroom apartment in the city center, and €239 for the ones outside the city center.

Renting an apartment in the center of Sarajevo costs an average of €269, and outside the center costs €180.

In Skopje, an apartment in the city center costs an average of €264, and outside the city center €188.
