Roksped sued Mugosa

Miomir Mugoša

The Roksped company filed a lawsuit with the Commercial Court against the City of Podgorica. According to the lawsuit, the failure to comply with the Tuzi 3 detailed spatial plan, due to which Roksped could not obtain a building permit for its business centre in Tuzi for the past 18 years, cost the company a huge sum in lost revenues, writes Vijesti.

The estimated value of the dispute is €500,000 and the company asks that court witnesses determine the exact amount of the loss suffered.

The lawsuit states that the aforementioned loss was reflected in the fact that Roksped paid 64,947 Deutsche Marks in August 2000 as an advance payment for the construction land management fee. The second basis upon which compensation is claimed relates to interest on a loan taken for constructing the car centre and the third basis is lost profit due to the inability to sell and service vehicles and provide technical inspection services in that facility.

During that period, the mayor of Podgorica was Miomir Mugosa.
