Administration for Food Safety, Veterinary Medicine and Phytosanitary Affairs warns subjects in dealing with food and selling it that they should undertake all the prescribed measures of hygienic food management.
“Preventive and caution measures aimed at suppressing spread of the coronavirus refer to facilities where bread, fruit and vegetables are being made and sold”.
Employers are required to organize the work in their facilities in such a way that person who handles food shall not be the same person who charges the service.
Inspectors will be monitoring the facilities for retail food sale.
If customers notice any non-hygienic activity or food with expired shelf life, absence of declaration on food products etc.they shall immediately inform inspectors [email protected] or via phone.
