Special Prosecutor’s Office (SDT) launched an inquiry onto the Tivat City Council’s decision to write off €5.6m of communal fee debt to Porto Montenegro. SDT formed a case regarding the decision.
In the 17 January session, Tivat City Council’s majority decided to exempt the Adriatic Marinas Porto Montenegro company from paying the communal fee for residential and commercial facilities it has constructed or is constructing in the Porto Montenegro complex.
