SDT required lifting immunity to Boskovic, Brajovic, Sehovic, Sekulic and Pribilovic

The Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SDT) sent a request to the Parliament Speaker, Danijela Djurovic, urging her to lift immunity to the DPS MPs, Predrag Boskovic, Dragica Sekulic and Suzana Pribilovic, as well as the SD MPs, Ivan Brajovic and Damir Sehovic. The SDT submitted the request for criminal prosecution of the afore-mentioned MPs, having in mind that “a criminal charge against them cannot be filed without the consent of the parliament” because of their immunity.

“The SDT formed a criminal file against Predrag Boskovic, Budimir Segrt, Sanja Vlahovic, Suad Numanovic, Ivan Brajovic, Drazen Milickovic, Damir Sehovic, Dragica Sekulic, Osman Nurkovic, Suzana Pribilovic, Jelena Radonjic and Aleksandar Jovicevic for continuing criminal offence – misuse of office from Article 416 paragraph 3 in connection to paragraph 1 and Article 49 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro, on the basis of a criminal charge of the Government of Montenegro from 13 October this year,” the SDT states.
