Societe Generale banka Montenegro, SGM, changed its name yesterday to Podgorička banka.
From 16 July 2019, Crnogorska komercijalna banka a.d., the Montenegrin subsidiary of OTP Bank, owns 90.56% shareholding of the Montenegrin Societe Generale.
“During the integration process which has already started and is planned to last until autumn next year, clients of Societe Generale banka Montenegro will be able to use high-quality services just as before,” it was said in a letter of the Podgoricka banka CEO, Mr Milorad Katnić.
