Prime Minister Milojko Spajic has stated that the government is going to withdraw the amendments to the law on state property referring to the cemetery.
“This issue is going to be defined through a separate law – the Cemetery Law in an endeavour to contribute to finding the best solution,” PM Spajic has posted on X.
He also says that the relevant ministry is going to send an invitation to all interested parties, and is going to form a working group to draft the mentioned law by the end of the year.
