The Finance Minister, Mr Milojko Spajić, has announced today that the Agency for Protection of Competition ordered that further payment of the state aid to Barska and Crnogorska plovidba shipping companies be stopped.
“Another example of a fait accompli we were presented to, due to the the previous government’s irrational management of the economy and public finances,” Mr Spajić posted on Twitter.

“The Montenegrin government remains committed to the principles of sustainable development, in accordance with all legal frameworks, economic principles, and the principle of transparency, and continues to work day and night to repair the damage and find potential solutions,” he added.
