From the beginning of July to the end of September, price of a square meter of housing units in new construction in Montenegro was on average €1.122, according to the preliminary data provided by the National Statistical Office of Montenegro.
That’s by 2,4% less compared with the same period last year.
Average price of a square meter in new construction in Podgorica amounted to €1.082, in the coastal region it amounted to €1.365, in the middle region it amounted to €660 whereas in the northern region it amounted to €676.
To be more precise, average market price of the new apartment in Montenegro amounted to €1.226, whereas conditions for housing units built for the needs of the employees in state institutions and enterprises were much more favorable.
