State is selling Pavićević’s assets

Business premises owned by former mayor of Bar, Žarko Pavićević, are to be sold due to a €350,000-worth loan. The decision on its selling was made by the Commercial Court. This court scheduled the trial for selling the assets on February 16, Dan has written.

The state is selling Pavićević’s business premises based on the loan taken from CKB (member of OTP Group). Therefore, the state is selling two business premises (owned by Samba, i.e. Pavićević). Commercial properties (of 29m² and 44m²) are located on the 1st floor of a building in the heart of Bar and their price is €150,775.

The Institute for Construction of Bar (ZIB) took a 350,000-worth loan from CKB, and business premises (owned by Samba) were pledged as collateral by a loan. CKB requested these assets to be sold as the borrower (Samba) stopped making the promised loan payments.

Pavićević has been sentenced to 1 year in prison on a charge of misuse of office while building apartments for employees in public administration.
