ToMontenegro planes are still grounded. As things stand, it will be like that for a long time, because the Labor Inspection has annulled the new airline’s competition for employment due to the Labor Law violation, Dnevne Novine reports.
After the report submitted by the representatives of Montenegro Airlines employees, inspector Sonja Pejović withdrew the documentation and determined that ToMontenegro advertised all employment advertisements through the private site Zaposli.me, instead of through the Employment Office, which is its legal obligation as a company that is 100% owned by the Government.
