Toscelik operating illegally for a month

The Niksic-based Toscelik company has operated contrary to the law for almost a month, since it failed to obtain so-called integrated operating licence by 1 January 2018, as proof that the operation of its plants is in line with environmental standards, Dan writes.

Although the Environment Protection Agency prolonged the deadline for ten months for the largest Niksic-based pollutant to complete the documentation, it has not fulfilled its legal obligation to do that yet.

Given that Toscelik is currently operating without the licence, it risks being €15,000 fined or being banned from operating.
