Last year there was a growing interest of Turkish citizens in buying real estate in Montenegro, representatives of real estate agencies say.

Director of the Podgorica-based Iva Nekretnine agency Mira Radovic says that the prices of apartments in Podgorica have been stabilised over the last 3-4 years.

“People are mostly interested in one-bedroom apartments worth €35,000-€40,000 and two-room apartments worth €50,000-€55,000, which is almost impossible to offer. We have a lot of customers who are looking for smaller and cheaper apartments. Unfortunately, there are few of them,” Radovic pointed out.
