“Voli Trade” company delivered the €5,65 million offer for the purchase of the part of the land that belongs to the former factory “Radoje Dakić”, said the receiver of that company, Mladen Marković.
He said that “Voli” was the only bidder on the tender where the property was being sold at beginning price that amounted €44,9 million.
“Voli” offered 2,8 million for the other land (9.900 square meters)”, said Marković adding that “Voli” offered €13 million more than the amount of the beginning advertised prices.
“Radoje Dakić” has been bankrupt since 2016 due to the debt that amounts €10,7 million.
