“Voli” purchased land of “Radoje Dakić” factory

“Voli Trade” company, owned by Dragan Bokan, has bought two plots belonging to the former factory “Radoje Dakić” for EUR 5.65 million. The company plans to build the most modern hypermarket in this part of Europe, Dnevne Novine daily reports.

According to the information provided by “Voli”, the factory’s administration confirmed the purchase of 19,960 square meters of land.

One of the largest supermarket chains in Montenegro is also going to build a trade center on this land.

“We also plan to construct the most modern hypermarket in this part of Europe, as well as the high-end trade center enriched with the latest trading concept. There will be the new administrative building as well,” this company stated.

“Radoje Dakić” has been bankrupt since 2016 due to the debt amounting to EUR 10,7 million.
