We have been in Montenegro for two days and already had the opportunity to see that your country developed good relations with the countries of the region by promoting NATO Alliance’s principles and convictions, all with the aim of contributing to the NATO enlargement policy, noted Lieutenant-General in the NATO Defense College in Rome, Chris Whitecross.
Ms Whitecross pointed out to the fact that they go on study visits to NATO member states every year, as it’s in the line with the College program, and that they have been especially glad to be in Montenegro this year.
She continued: “It’s obvious that Montenegro represents an important NATO partner for a long period of time, and we can notice positive impact of NATO membership on our relations with Montenegro.”
