Who informed EU about non-existent bankruptcy?

Kristina Oana Popa

The head of the EU Delegation to Montenegro Oana Cristina Popa, unlike Montenegrin institutions, has duly responded to the letter sent by Montenegro Airlines (MA) employees, who have not received salaries for 6 months and are on the brink of extinction, Dnevne Novine reports.

However, in her response, Ms Popa emphasizes that the company is in the process of bankruptcy, which has caused the representatives of MA employees to suspect that someone gave the wrong information to the EU Delegation to Montenegro, considering that the bankruptcy procedure was not initiated in the former national airline.

As Ms Popa states in her response to the MA workers, she sincerely hopes that all open issues will be resolved in a friendly manner.
