Total inflow of foreign direct investments in the first five months of this year amounted 265 million EUR, whereas the outflow was 205 million, according tot he preliminary data of the Central Bank of Montenegro. That means that net inflow fell down by 66% .

“Such trend is the result of the bigger outflow, on the basis of the repayment if intercompany debt and sale of shares of Electric Power Company of Montenegro (EPCG) in the A2A ownership”, reports the Central Bank.

Inflow of FDI in the form of intercompany debt amounted 145,4 million EUR.
