Zain Property Development, company from Oman, and Novi Volvoks have signed the contract on the construction of residential and diplomatic complex Zain park in Zagorič, worth around €6 million.
Musa Al Reisi. Director of Zain Property Development company, has presented the new residential complex with around 50 residential units. It will be located at the place of the former barracks in Zagorič settlement in Podgorica.
He pointed out that Zain park was characterized by contemporary and high-quality construction, top materials of highest standards.
Families will be guaranteed privacy and 24h protection in at the Zain park.
Miloš Laković from Synthesis Studio from Podgorica has presented the Zain project and pointed out that it’s particularly important because of its treatment of green areas.
“The residential complex is at a very suitable location, near important institutions and popular landmarks. It’s a pilot project and a new model of affordable yet luxurious dwelling”, said Laković.
The complex covers the area of around 10.000 m2.
All entrances to the complex will be controlled. Special security service will take care of the safety.
