Railway Company ZPCG surveyed 373 passengers who have mostly positively reviewed their services, despite the tardiness of trains, Dnevne Novine daily learns.
There were those who believed the tickets were too expensive as well.
“Despite the small group of surveyed passengers that believe the tickets are too expensive, the survey demonstrates that one of the main reasons citizens choose trains is their affordability”, ZPCG release states.
When it comes to hygiene, the answers were moderate to positive. The customer service was deemed positive by 95% of the surveyed passengers.
