By a decision of Turkey Ministers Council, the protocol, which was signed by the foreign ministers of NATO member states on 19 May in Brussels, has recently been ratified.
The decision was published in the Official Gazette on 9 September under the number 29826.
The Turkish Embassy stated that the rapid ratification of the protocol was an important expression of Turkey’s support to Montenegro.
