“Intensive works in Portonovi are continuing. Ground and work in marina are ongoing, while preparation works on the land for the first One&Only hotel in Europe are almost at the end”, said Aliyev in an interview to agency MINA-business.
He reminded that company Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.P.A was recently chosen as the main contractor among many interested companies that participated on tender and offered their expertise.
“In spite of many rumors, everything is going according to the plan and we are satisfied by the progress we made”, said Aliyev.
“Already in a season of 2017 you will be able to see first visitors and in season of 2018 we are expecting an openning of the hotel One&Only. People will enjoy in Portonovi regardless of the purpose of their visit, whether it was the hotel, rest in their own apartment or just a visit with friends and drinking a coffee in Portonovi”, said Aliyev.
He reminded that the investment of Azmont investments has more than doubled so far and that since coming to the market in September of 2013 until the same month this year the investment came to 127 million euros.
Aliyev added that a planned investment for the period of four years, or until the next year was 52 million euros, and for eight years or by the year of 2020, 258 million euros.
He added that Azmont investments is happy to have good business partners as well as the support of the government and local authorities.
“Success of Portonovi won’t be just ours, but the success of all of Montenegro and beautiful Boka. As I said, we are happy to have great partners with whom we share a vision and with whom we work hard on realization of the goals”, said Aliyev.
