National Coordination Body for Contagious Diseases stated in the session that number of citizens on streets and public areas has considerably increased, which is defiance of orders and recommendations about required physical distance and staying in residential units. Therefore, the Body agreed that government’s measures shall be amended and new decisions will come into force tomorrow.
By means of amended orders, Government bans the following:
1. gathering of more than one person in all public areas, except for child under the age of 12, child with autistic disabilities or other disabilities and persons who use wheelchair, with mandatory presence of one parent, foster parent, adoptive parent or any other adult member of the family;
The ban doesn’t encompass persons who perform regular working tasks in the activities allowed by orders.
2. gathering of persons at beaches (river, lake or sea beaches), bathing areas or trip areas;
3. nobody shall leave their residential unit on Sunday from 11 am to Monday 5 am.

Orders impose:
- mandatory institutional isolation of persons who were in quarantine or self-isolation and who tested positive for coronavirus and must be isolated from healthy persons but can’t be provided with self-isolation in family household; persons who were in hospital, recovered and show no symptoms of disease but still have no two consecutive negative results of testing for the virus from the samples taken in the last 24 h; persons who traveled from abroad and tested positive for the coronavirus.
Institutional isolation implies accommodation in a facility intended for the purposes of self-isolation and stay of persons who tested positive for coronavirus and show no symptoms of the disease do not require medical treatment but must be under watch.
NCB consented on the new Order stipulating that companies, legal entities and entrepreneurs who perform construction activity and are responsible for the construction works shall do the following:
- display the notice on temporary measures of prevention and suppression of coronavirus;
- all employees performing construction tasks must wear protective equipment while on their way to work and during the work;
- all employees performing construction activities shall be forbidden to leave the construction site in order to buy food or alike;
- employees shall be provided with food delivery;
- employees must have mandatory physical distance while in organized transport to the construction site (bus or van);
- Several groups counting 20 or less employees shall be organized on big construction sites. They shall avoid physical contact as much as possible. The decision also refers to the collective accommodation of workers, their transport, space for food on the site;
- work of the chief and other engineers shall be in closed space and organized in such a way that there must be greater physical distance with mandatory use of protective equipment;

Defiance of the imposed orders shall be subject to criminal prosecution.
