The President of the Municipality of Ulcinj Fatmir Djeka said that the office would facilitate closer ties of people originating from Ulcinj and living worldwide with their native soil, ul.info news portal reported.
He added that the office will be particularly focused on business people who are natives of the municipality and who have achieved success in their professions.
“Most of them are located in America. They are engaged in various areas – from businesses to policy,” he added.
According to the head of the Office Arslan Hajdinaga, the Municipality of Ulcinj is the first local self-government to have such an institution.
