“Action that is being organized by EPCG for the third time due to large demand of our customers is giving great results. Promotion that started on 1st of September and ended on 31st of October provided households with an opportunity to repay the debt for electricity in fixed monthly installments of 20 euros for 25 months, without interests or any additional expenses”, said Bojicic to the magazine “Elektroprivreda”, it was reported by MINA-business.
He added that 16.67 thousand households used the opportunity, among which 5.89 thousand customers are the ones who extended the protocols from the first action.
As Bojicic said, most protocols were signed in Podgorica, 6.72 thousands, Niksic 3.06 thousands and Bijelo Polje 1.3 thousands.
“Actions “Golden team” and “Let’s split the weight” exceeded our expectations, so in September this year we had more than 160.00 thousand regular payers, which means that almost 46 percent of households is paying their bills without delays”, said Bojicic.
He added that two to three thousands of customers used the promotion to pay their debts completely and are now paying bills regularly and enjoying the five percent discount that all customers who pay the bills regularly have.
“We will see when we’ll make a new check and enable the new customers to become members of the Golden team and have ten percent discount on monthly bills. We are also planning new promotions and I expect that regular payers will remain motivated to keep paying their bill on time”, concluded Bojicic.
