He told Infobiro that the construction was almost completed and that they were doing craft works. Popovic pointed out that the hotel Park was currently the best-selling hotel in the German market.
“The hotel has not been built, but the arrangements are being sold on the basis of photographs. We have reached an agreement with the German tour operators and they believe us. They visited the hotel last week and were delighted with the pace of work,” said Popovic.
He reminded that the hotel would have 250 rooms with outdoor and indoor swimming pool with a spa in the basement, whereas another one (the idea given by German partners) is to be on the sixth floor.
“There will be other amenities too. Green areas and parks will be completed and a 3,000m2 beach will be in front of the hotel. We expect it to be among the most beautiful hotels”, Popovic said.
Popovic, who is also the owner of the reconstructed hotel Delfin, which has about 200 rooms, said the guests were only foreigners, mostly French, but also the Germans.
“The fact that German tourists are returning is very important for Montenegro,” Popovic said.
